Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is directed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer within the meaning of Section 1 (1) (2) of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) is any natural person for whom the transaction does not form part of the operation of their business. An entrepreneur is a person for whom the transaction does form part of the operation of their business.

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. It is a non-binding invitation to you to place an order.

You may first add our products to your basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order, using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the products in your basket.

Immediately after you submit your order, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt by email. This acknowledgement documents only that your order has reached us and does not constitute acceptance of your offer.

The purchase contract is concluded once we accept your offer. Acceptance takes place either through a separate order confirmation by email or through handover of the goods to the carrier, whichever occurs first.

A charge to your payment method or a payment confirmation from your payment service provider does not constitute acceptance either.

If we do not accept your offer within five business days of receiving your order, your offer is deemed to be rejected. In this case we will refund any payments already made in full and without undue delay, using the same payment method.

3. Contract language, storage of the contract text

Contracts may be concluded in German or English. In the event of discrepancies between the language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the German version shall prevail.

We store the contract text and send you your order details together with these Terms and Conditions in text form by email. Please keep this email. If you have created a customer account, you can also view your orders there. Ordering as a guest without a customer account is possible.

4. Delivery

We ship the products to the delivery address provided during the ordering process. We deliver by post or courier only. Collection in person is not possible. We do not deliver to parcel lockers.

We deliver within Austria, Germany and to all other member states of the European Union. Shipping to non-EU countries is currently not possible.

All products are made after you place your order, using a print-on-demand process. The total time until delivery is usually 7 to 20 business days. Details on delivery times, shipping costs, shipping zones, order tracking and damaged or lost shipments can be found in our Shipping Policy.

We bear the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods until they are handed over to you or to a third party named by you who is not the carrier.

If a product you have ordered is unavailable because the textile manufacturer cannot supply it in the colour or size ordered, we will inform you without undue delay. In this case we will not accept your offer and no contract will be concluded in this respect. Any payments already made will be refunded without undue delay.

5. Prices and payment

5.1 Prices

The prices shown in the online shop at the time of your order apply. Product prices are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs applicable to your order are displayed during the ordering process before you submit your order.

Pursuant to the small business scheme under Section 6 (1) (27) of the Austrian Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no value added tax is levied or shown.

5.2 Payment methods

The following payment methods are available in our online shop:

  • Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • eps bank transfer
  • Shop Pay

The payment methods available in an individual case may vary depending on the delivery country and the device used. The payment methods available for your order are displayed during the ordering process.

If you select Klarna, in particular when purchasing on invoice, Klarna may carry out an identity and credit check. Klarna's own terms and privacy notices apply in addition and are displayed to you during the ordering process. We have no influence on Klarna's decision.

6. Vouchers and promotions

6.1 Welcome discount

The 10 % welcome discount applies exclusively to your first order in our online shop and requires a minimum order value of EUR 30.00. It can be redeemed once per person.

6.2 Review voucher

After you have received your order, we will invite you by email to review the product you purchased. For submitting a review you will receive a voucher worth EUR 5.00. The invitation is sent exclusively to customers who have actually ordered the product in question. The voucher is granted regardless of the content of the review. A positive review is not a condition.

6.3 General provisions

Promotional vouchers can be redeemed only within the stated period and only once per order. Several vouchers or discount codes cannot be combined within a single order. Cash payment, interest and subsequent crediting are excluded.

If a withdrawal reduces the order value below the threshold required for a voucher, the discount ceases to apply to the remaining part of the order.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Details, including the conditions, deadlines, return address and effects of withdrawal, can be found in our Withdrawal Policy. It also contains the model withdrawal form and our online withdrawal form.

8. Statutory warranty

The statutory warranty provisions under the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB) and the Austrian Consumer Warranty Act (VGG) apply. The warranty period is two years from delivery of the goods.

If a defect appears within twelve months of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.

In the case of a defect you are first entitled to repair or replacement. For printing defects we usually offer a free reprint, as this is the fastest option for you. Your statutory rights to a price reduction or to terminate the contract remain unaffected.

Information on production tolerances in direct-to-garment printing can be found in our Shipping Policy. This information is provided for your guidance and does not limit your statutory warranty rights.

Additional guarantees exist only where expressly stated for the relevant product. A guarantee does not limit your statutory rights.

9. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

10. Customer reviews

We publish customer reviews in our online shop.

We ensure that published reviews originate from people who have actually purchased the relevant product from us. Review invitations are sent exclusively by email to the address provided with the order and only after the goods have been delivered. Submitting a review without a prior purchase is not possible in our shop.

For submitting a review you receive a voucher worth EUR 5.00 in accordance with section 6.2. Reviews in our shop are therefore to be regarded as incentivised. The voucher is granted regardless of how the review turns out.

We reserve the right not to publish or to remove reviews that contain unlawful, offensive or discriminatory content, that infringe the rights of third parties, or that clearly bear no relation to the product being reviewed. No selection is made on the basis of whether a review is positive or negative.

All designs, illustrations, graphics and texts in our online shop and on our products are protected by copyright. Unless stated otherwise, the rights are held by Michael Holecek.

By purchasing a product you acquire ownership of the garment itself, but no rights to the design printed on it. Reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use of the designs, in particular their use on your own products or their resale in digital form, is not permitted without our prior written consent.

Private use of the purchased garment and its resale as a used individual item remain unaffected.

12. Applicable law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If your habitual residence is in another country, mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected by this choice of law. You may always rely on whichever provisions of your country of residence are more favourable to you.

13. Dispute resolution

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

Consumers in Austria may contact the Internet Ombudsstelle in the event of disputes arising from online transactions. Please note that we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
