Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
1. Shipping and packaging
We deliver within Austria, Germany and to all other member states of the
European Union.
Every product is made for you after you place your order, using a
print-on-demand process. This means no overproduction and no warehouse stock.
Your order is packaged 100% plastic-free. This applies to every shipment,
regardless of the carrier used.
Shipping is handled by DHL, DPD, GLS, Deutsche Post or Asendia. Our fulfilment
partner selects the carrier based on parcel size, weight and delivery
location.
2. Shipping costs
Austria: EUR 8.90
Germany: EUR 5.90
Other EU countries: EUR 8.90
For orders of EUR 70.00 or more, we ship free of charge to all of the above
zones.
Pursuant to the small business scheme under Section 6 (1) (27) of the Austrian
Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no value added tax is levied or shown. All prices
are final prices.
3. Delivery times
The total time until your order arrives is usually 7 to 20 business days.
It consists of three phases:
Production: 1 to 7 business days (printing and quality control)
Processing: 1 to 4 business days (packaging and handover to the carrier)
Transit: 5 to 12 business days (delivery by the carrier)
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. No deliveries
are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Orders received before 12:00 (CET or CEST) are usually added to the production
schedule on the same business day.
Possible reasons for delays:
High order volume, which places your order in a processing queue
Short-term shortages of certain colours or sizes at the textile manufacturer
Reprinting, if a product does not pass final quality control
Orders containing many different products, which take longer to assemble
Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses requiring us to contact you
4. Shipping restrictions
We deliver exclusively to addresses within the European Union. Shipping to
non-EU countries, for example Switzerland or the United Kingdom, is currently
not possible. We do not currently deliver to parcel lockers.
Please note that some territories belong to the EU but not to its customs and
tax territory. These include the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Åland
Islands and the French overseas territories. Deliveries to these destinations
may involve additional customs formalities, charges and longer transit times.
5. Order tracking
Once your order has left the fulfilment centre, you will automatically receive
a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking number.
After you receive the number, it may take up to 24 hours before the carrier's
first scan is registered and tracking data becomes visible.
6. Damaged or lost shipments
We bear the risk of loss and damage in transit until the goods are handed over
to you. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, you will receive a free
replacement or a refund. This is your statutory position, not a goodwill
gesture.
Please contact us at mikedesigns@gmx.at in these cases.
In the event of transit damage, photographs of the damaged items and of the
outer packaging help us file a claim with the carrier. We would appreciate
receiving them. Your rights do not depend on this.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days (Germany) or 15 business
days (rest of the EU) after you received the shipping confirmation, please get
in touch. We will then open an investigation with the carrier.
7. Cancellation and returns
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without
giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you, or a third party
named by you, take possession of the goods. If your order contains several
items, it begins when you receive the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, a clear statement sent to
mikedesigns@gmx.at is sufficient. You may use the model withdrawal form, but
you are not obliged to. Full details are set out in our withdrawal policy.
Inspecting the goods
You may inspect the goods in the same way you could in a shop. Trying an item
on is expressly permitted, as is opening the packaging. For any loss in value
resulting from use beyond this, for example wearing or washing the item, we
must charge compensation.
How to return an item
1. Register your return by email to mikedesigns@gmx.at, stating your order
number.
2. We will send you a return number and the address of our fulfilment centre
in Germany.
3. Enclose the return number with your parcel and send it off.
Please do not use the sender address printed on the shipping label. Our
fulfilment centre cannot accept parcels without a return number and will
refuse delivery.
Registering is not a condition of your right of withdrawal. It simply makes
sure your parcel arrives and that you get your money back quickly.
Returning without registering
If you prefer not to register your return, please send the goods to:
Three5inity
Michael Holecek
Großstelzendorf 59
2013 Göllersdorf
Austria
Returns are always accepted at this address. Postage to Austria is usually
higher than to Germany.
Return shipping costs
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery
costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we
receive your withdrawal statement. Refunds are issued using the same payment
method you used for your order. We may withhold the refund until we have
received the goods back or until you have supplied proof of dispatch.
8. Statutory warranty
Our products are covered by the statutory warranty of two years from delivery.
If a defect appears within the first twelve months, it is presumed to have
existed at the time of delivery.
If an item is defective, you are first entitled to repair or replacement. For
printing defects we usually offer a free reprint, as this is the fastest
option for you. Your statutory rights to a price reduction or to terminate the
contract remain unaffected.
Please contact us at mikedesigns@gmx.at and include a photograph if possible.
This speeds up processing.
9. Production tolerances
So that you know what to expect, here are the characteristics that are normal
for direct-to-garment printing:
Textile sizes are not standardised. Our fulfilment partner states a
measurement tolerance of +/- 5% against the size chart values for unwashed
garments. In the case of larger deviations, we will send a replacement.
After the drying process, a faint yellowish frame may be visible around the
print. It disappears after the first wash.
Minor deviations in print position and small irregularities in the print on
textured fabrics are inherent to the production process.
In the case of significant faults, cracks or flaking print, you will of course
receive a replacement.
Damage caused by failure to follow the care instructions is not covered by the
warranty. Care instructions are shown on every product page and on the sewn-in
label.
